Offline Sync Conditions

Offline- without Internet Access:

Step1: Before leaving the office InfoFlo server make sure to sync the offline device (laptop or tablet) to have the most update InfoFlo data.
Step 2: Sign into the offline InfoFlo database to begin working (Note: users can only add offline information like contacts, notes, tasks etc but cannot connect to the internet to send or receive emails, send calendar invitations etc)
Step 3: Once back on the local network users can sync the offline InfoFlo database up with the office InfoFlo database (Note: You must run the sync first before opening the local InfoFlo client otherwise users will encounter a loss of information)

Offline -with Intermittent Internet Access:

Step1: Before leaving the office InfoFlo server make sure to sync the offline device (laptop or tablet) so you have the most update InfoFlo data.
Step 2: Sign into the offline InfoFlo database to begin working (Note: users can only add offline information like contacts, notes, tasks etc but cannot connect to the internet to send or receive emails, send calendar invitations etc)
Step 3: While in an offline environment if users do have access to the internet and want to login into the office InfoFlo database you must run the offline sync first and then proceed to login remotely (Note: This procedure must be repeated if users are going back and forth between an offline environment and remotely connecting)
