How do I assign a user to a Task?

  1. Click 'Tasks' from the left hand menu.
  2. Click new task or double click an existing task to view the task form
  3. You are able to Assign the task to a user by clicking 'Assigned To' if you have the Advanced Task Add-on installed.
  4. The 'Choose Users' window will appear allowing you to select a user to assign to. The user will be able to view the task and will receive a notification that the task has been assigned to him/her.
  5. Select the user you would like to assign the task to and click the check box.
  6. Click the 'Save' button when you’re all finished.
