Search Knowledge Base by Keyword

Search Setting

  • Click Settings-Preference-Search to open your search settings
  • From the Customize results fields of drop down to choose the entity or activity
  • Using the arrows choose the fields that you want to appear in the searchs by placing them in Selected fields columns
  • Adjust the field widths
  • In the Set Filters choose the time frame
  • View the setting created by doing a search
